Mpo77 Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and mpo77 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the mpo77.vin website, our mobile app, and all services and games offered under the mpo77 brand.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential at all times.

• Notify the mpo77 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur, especially bank account details for withdrawal purposes.

Identity verification (KYC) will be required for withdrawals exceeding certain limits or when we identify activity that requires further verification. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your ID, a utility bill as proof of address, and a bank statement.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within less than 24 hours on business days. Requests made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Mpo77 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts for security and compliance purposes.

All bets placed at mpo77 are final once confirmed by the system. Members are fully responsible for reviewing their bet details before confirmation. mpo77 is not liable for any errors made by members when placing bets.

• Wagers accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided by mpo77 without prior notice.
• For Sports Betting, the official results from the relevant governing body are final. If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours, bets will be refunded to the member's account.
• Live Casino and slot games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) verified by independent auditing bodies to ensure fairness in every round.
• Mpo77 reserves the right to withhold payment and investigate any bets suspected of involving manipulation, fraud, or the use of automated software (bots).
• The use of any analytical software, automated betting bots, or methods that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Mpo77 offers members a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and a VIP program. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the respective promotions page.

The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each member is eligible to receive each type of bonus only once, unless otherwise stated.

• Exploiting technical errors, inaccurate odds or system loopholes to gain unauthorised advantages.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the platform in multiplayer games.
• Uploading or sharing defamatory, threatening, obscene or unlawful content through any mpo77 communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the systems, servers or networks associated with the mpo77 platform.
• Using funds from illegal activities or attempting to launder money through the platform.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the mpo77 support team. Before the account is closed, all pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Mpo77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• The member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The member was found to have provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases of closure due to a violation, mpo77 reserves the right to withhold account balances until the investigation is complete. mpo77's decision in such matters is final.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before it takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where mpo77 is registered. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration under mutually agreed procedures. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
